1. Provide comprehensive support to the store, addressing daily operational needs and understanding Bulgari's policies, procedures, and inventory.
2. Maintain brand presentation standards through professional appearance and demeanor.
3. Assist the sales team with client engagement, product presentation, and transaction finalization.
4. Support inventory management during sales activities and participate in quarterly inventory checks.
5. Coordinate and host in-store events such as Masterclasses and Trunk Shows.
6. Manage customer service tasks, including repair follow-ups and phone inquiries, ensuring luxury standards are upheld.
7. Lead CRM efforts, including client gifting and execution of seasonal campaigns.
8. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends and holidays.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
