1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and track related metrics.
3. Monitor and enhance sales team performance through strategic interventions.
4. Lead sales floor activities, including client engagement and events.
5. Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand vision.
6. Train sales team in CRM tools for sustained client relationships.
7. Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and enhance client relations.
8. Evaluate and provide feedback on client interactions to ensure exceptional service.
9. Collaborate with HR for team development and career growth.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
3. Proven track record of achieving business results.
4. Strategic agility and leadership skills.
5. Strong managerial background with team development focus.
6. Understanding of local retail market and client development.
7. Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
8. Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
