- Lead the legal and reputational protection of the Group in Asia Pacific, focusing on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and international sanctions compliance.
- Manage ethics and compliance for LVMH Asia Pacific entities, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Seoul.
- Advise LVMH Maisons in Asia on ethics and compliance matters, ensuring the deployment of compliance programs across the region.
- Develop and implement risk-based due diligence systems for evaluating suppliers and business third parties.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on onboarding processes for new employees in compliance with ethics and compliance standards.
- Supervise interns and work-study trainees, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives.
- Contribute to the anticipation and preparation for French Anti-Corruption Agency controls.
- Facilitate communication and training on ethics and compliance topics within the Group.
- Respond to requests from the global network of ethics and compliance correspondents, addressing international sanctions, money laundering, and corruption issues.
- 10-15 years of experience in legal, financial, internal control, audit, or consulting roles, with a focus on compliance.
- Experience in multiple regions, preferably with a background in luxury retail or consumer goods.
- Solid understanding of anti-corruption regulations and international sanctions compliance.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and multitask effectively.
- Independent initiative and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years in legal or financial functions, with substantial experience in compliance matters.
