LVMH Training Assistant

- Oversee the administrative management of the LVMH Métiers d'Excellence Academy's training programs, including monitoring Qualiopi quality indicators.
- Draft training brochures, agreements, invitations, participant booklets, and training materials.
- Coordinate the distribution of invitations and track training sessions via DIGIFORMA, including evaluation questionnaires.
- Manage the contact email inbox and update databases with learner lists and statistics.
- Handle logistical arrangements such as booking venues for events, meetings, and recruitment sessions, and managing external service providers.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for the Academy's sessions.
- Organize travel and accommodation for Academy events in collaboration with the travel agency.
- Develop and distribute training evaluation questionnaires.
- Contribute to the development of new training content in collaboration with LVMH Maisons.
- Monitor training progress with Maisons and learners to award the LVMH Brevet d'Excellence.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bachelor's to Master's level) in Managerial Support, Human Resources, Business School, or related fields.
- Interest in professional training, pedagogy, and skills development.
- Adaptability to diverse profiles (HR, technical experts, operational, administrative, financial).
- Creativity, pragmatism, adaptability, and team spirit.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's to Master's degree in a relevant field.
