1. Manage the administrative follow-up of qualifying training programs at the Academy of Métiers d’Excellence, including drafting brochures, training agreements, invitations, participant booklets, and training materials.
2. Coordinate training invitations and monitor training sessions via DIGIFORMA, including evaluation questionnaires.
3. Track quality indicators in accordance with Qualiopi standards.
4. Oversee the contact email inbox and update databases with learner lists and statistics.
5. Organize logistics for events, meetings, and recruitment sessions, including room reservations and coordination with external service providers.
6. Draft and distribute meeting minutes for the Academy.
7. Arrange travel and accommodations for Academy events in collaboration with the travel agency.
8. Participate in the development of new training content in collaboration with LVMH brands.
9. Monitor training progress with brands and learners to award the LVMH Brevet d’Excellence.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program (Bachelor's to Master's level) in Managerial Support, Human Resources, Business School, or related fields.
2. Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with agility.
3. Strong social skills and curiosity.
4. Meticulous attention to detail for administrative tasks.
5. Fluency in French, proficiency in English, and knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
