- Define the global strategy for procurement categories, establishing a 3-5 year vision and maximizing value creation for the maisons.
- Enhance procurement maturity by increasing coverage, qualitative and financial gains, and project performance impact.
- Explore and develop new categories by providing technical and procurement expertise, aligning with maisons' needs, and structuring new supplier panels.
- Support regional procurement teams in Europe, USA, and Asia with expertise, processes, tools, and operational support.
- Monitor and optimize supplier performance through KPIs, Supplier Relationship Management, and continuous improvement plans.
- Act as a recognized group reference, influencing and educating maisons on procurement strategy and best practices.
- Identify and develop new synergy opportunities, including panel convergence and practice rationalization.
- Co-lead transversal projects for the Group Procurement Directorate, such as digitalization and environmental impact initiatives.
- Regularly report to management on project progress, realized gains, and areas for improvement, ensuring contract and supplier performance tracking.
- Support LVMH Holding on projects related to the procurement scope.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect procurement.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in business, engineering, or procurement.
- Proven leadership and ability to influence at all hierarchical levels.
- Strong results orientation, analytical and strategic mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
- Autonomy, proactivity, resilience, and innovation sense.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect procurement is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in business, engineering, or procurement.
