1. Supervise and support the sales team at retail locations, ensuring sales quotas and commercial objectives are met.
2. Define line objectives to ensure projected growth and brand positioning by retailer and location.
3. Develop and implement commercial strategies at each point of sale, proposing innovative initiatives to ensure business viability and competitiveness.
4. Ensure monthly sell-out quotas are met across the designated area of responsibility.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to execute actions that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
6. Identify and effectively address the needs and challenges of Beauty Consultants and retail locations.
7. Lead the recruitment, selection, and development process for Beauty Consultants, ensuring the formation of high-performance teams.
8. Monitor and maintain key indicators of turnover, retention, and career planning for the point-of-sale team.
9. Act as a mentor and coach for the team, ensuring each member receives guidance and motivation to reach their full potential.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail sales management.
3. Residency in Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail sales management.
