- Supervise and support the sales team at retail locations, ensuring sales quotas and commercial objectives are met.
- Define line objectives to ensure projected growth and brand positioning by retailer and location.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies at each point of sale, proposing innovative initiatives to ensure business viability and competitiveness.
- Ensure monthly sell-out quotas are met across the designated area of responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to execute actions that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Identify and effectively address the needs and challenges of Beauty Consultants and retail locations.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and development process for Beauty Consultants, ensuring the formation of high-performance teams.
- Monitor and maintain key indicators of turnover, retention, and career planning for the point-of-sale team.
- Act as a mentor and coach for the team, ensuring each member receives guidance and motivation to reach their full potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales management.
- Residency in Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.
- Ability to anticipate market requirements, identify opportunities, and propose strategic solutions.
- Inspirational leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and commercial vision.
- Experience in managing sales teams, talent development, and solid sales techniques.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail sales management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
