LVMH Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Coordinator

- Prepare and submit registrations for new products to the appropriate Korean regulatory authorities, including drafting and reviewing dossiers prior to importation.
- Manage registration of functional cosmetics with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) and validate Korean labels, ensuring local claims and advertisements comply with regulations.
- Investigate local quality issues and coordinate reports to Regional/HQ QA teams under the supervision of the QA Manager.
- Implement instructions from Region/HQ regarding quality matters, communicating required actions to local stakeholders and following through to resolution.
- Oversee Certificate of Analysis (CoA) processes: verify CoA receipt and compliance prior to market release, review CoA details for affected batches, and ensure proper archiving.
- Consolidate point-of-sale quality complaints and results from visual inspections of returned items to inform corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain a draft monitoring form; escalate relevant updates to the RA team.
- Support on-site inspection and audit preparation, including documentation for ISO 14001 audits and other quality management activities.
- Assist the Operational RA Manager, QA Manager and RA&QA Director on assigned projects and operational tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; Chemistry or related major preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs or quality within the cosmetics or related industries; prior cosmetics industry experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accountability, proactivity and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions and with regional/HQ teams.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).

At least 1 year of regulatory or quality experience within cosmetics or a closely related industry; entry-level candidates with relevant internships or hands-on exposure are acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree in science; Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
