LVMH Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Coordinator

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics comprises the beauty and fragrance maisons within the LVMH group, combining haute parfumerie and prestige cosmetics with global distribution. 1. Prepare and submit registrations for new products to the appropriate Korean regulatory authorities, including drafting and reviewing dossiers prior to importation.
2. Manage registration of functional cosmetics with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) and validate Korean labels, ensuring local claims and advertisements comply with regulations.
3. Investigate local quality issues and coordinate reports to Regional/HQ QA teams under the supervision of the QA Manager.
4. Implement instructions from Region/HQ regarding quality matters, communicating required actions to local stakeholders and following through to resolution.
5. Oversee Certificate of Analysis (CoA) processes: verify CoA receipt and compliance prior to market release, review CoA details for affected batches, and ensure proper archiving.
6. Consolidate point-of-sale quality complaints and results from visual inspections of returned items to inform corrective actions.
7. Monitor regulatory changes and maintain a draft monitoring form; escalate relevant updates to the RA team.
8. Support on-site inspection and audit preparation, including documentation for ISO 14001 audits and other quality management activities.
9. Assist the Operational RA Manager, QA Manager and RA&QA Director on assigned projects and operational tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; Chemistry or related major preferred.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs or quality within the cosmetics or related industries; prior cosmetics industry experience preferred.
3. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accountability, proactivity and adaptability.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions and with regional/HQ teams.
5. Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
