1. Oversee recruitment of interns, apprentices, and seasonal staff, including evaluating needs with managers and crafting compelling job advertisements.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process from application review to candidate integration, ensuring collaboration with mentors and managers.
3. Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics and dashboards.
4. Provide individual support to interns and apprentices to ensure their well-being and professional growth.
5. Facilitate community engagement through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
6. Cultivate relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand.
7. Develop and execute communication strategies across social media and internal channels.
8. Collaborate with MH for specific requests and projects.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.
2. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment.
3. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level experience in HR, with a preference for recruitment exposure.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
