Compensation

Job Benefits

Monthly internship allowance €1,300–€1,400 gross (depending on academic level); 6 days of paid authorised absence; access to company restaurant; one day of telework per week after two months subject to manager approval; end‑of‑internship recommendation and potential eligibility for the internal International Program (GLOW); integration seminar, networking events, HR coaching workshops and support from a senior buddy.
