LVMH Product Development Intern — Fragrance (Men's)
LVMH Fragrance Brands is the fragrance division within the LVMH group, housing maisons such as Givenchy Parfums and KENZO Parfums. The entity operates as an incubator and accelerator of brands and talent across perfume, make-up and skincare, combining couture heritage with an entrepreneurial, innovation-driven approach.
- Contribute to the development of 2026–2028 marketing plans for assigned fragrance lines.
- Support new product launches: conceptual positioning and cross-functional coordination with creative studio, packaging development, R&D, digital and merchandising teams.
- Participate in the strategic construction of 360° launch plans (communications, POS, limited editions, press, training, retail activations).
- Conduct market studies and competitive intelligence: quantitative and qualitative analyses (sell-in & sell-out) and monitoring of competitor launches and trends.
- Assist in the logistical and organisational preparation of internal and external events, including major international occasions.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Product Managers on project follow-up and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master’s in Marketing or equivalent university programme.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for regular professional contact.
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the perfume and cosmetics market.
- Highly organised, autonomous, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; able to present ideas and work with cross-functional teams.
Early-career / student level. Prior professional experience in marketing or FMCG is a plus but not required; the internship is open to beginners and candidates seeking practical exposure to product development in fragrance.
Enrolment in a business school or a Master’s-level marketing programme, or equivalent university degree.

Monthly internship allowance €1,300–€1,400 gross; 6 paid authorised absence days; access to company restaurant; hybrid work (1 day/week remote after two months subject to manager approval); end-of-internship recommendation and potential access to internal programmes (including GLOW); induction seminar, networking events, HR coaching workshops and a senior buddy for mentorship.
