1. Develop and implement the supply chain strategy to support the overall business objectives of the LVMH Beauty Division.
2. Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics and distribution.
3. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
7. Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
8. Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
9. Implement and leverage advanced supply chain technologies and systems to optimize operations.
10. Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
11. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
12. Lead a group of 250+ regular employees, 100+ temporary staff, and 4 3PL warehouses, maintaining and developing all logistic processes.
13. Lead the relationship with external partners, including 3PLs based in Canada and the USA.
14. Define the short/mid/long term vision for the P&C Supply Chain in North America and execute strategies to anticipate business growth and drive efficiency.

1. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
2. Proven experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.

Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with significant exposure to senior leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

$235,000-$310,000, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
