1. Process payments for suppliers, taxes, payroll, and intercompany transactions using automated payment files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Internal Audit recommendations and treasury calendar deadlines.
2. Prepare manual payments, verifying adherence to internal payment requirements.
3. Monitor bank remittances to ensure timely receipt and settlement in SAP, posting all operations within the corresponding month before closing.
4. Update, verify, and reconcile daily bank movements.
5. Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and monitor daily and monthly cash positions to manage deviations.
6. Update, verify, and incorporate payment provisions into the treasury program for daily management.
7. Request and verify bank guarantees and control related commissions. Check and claim all bank commissions, expenses, and financial income for all companies.
8. Transfer bank movement files to the Accounting Department for bank reconciliation.
9. Prepare treasury position reports.
10. Collaborate on the preparation and revision of monthly reports, including actual and forecast FX risk exposure and cash flow reports.
11. Manage daily cash activities for boutiques and e-commerce, including cash transfer management with the security company.
12. Manage reconciliation and verification of credit card collections across various platforms.
13. Participate in new projects and application implementations within the Treasury department.
14. Manage all company insurance policies, ensuring timely communication of values and incidents to the insurance company.

1. Degree in Business Administration or Economics
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level); French is a plus

4. Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
5. Proficient in Office 365, SAP, and XRT

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Treasury within a retail company is required.

Degree in Business Administration or Economics
