1. Support project managers and team members in planning, tracking, and executing technical projects.
2. Assist with documentation, including project plans, specifications, and status reports.
3. Help coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
4. Participate in the testing of new and existing digital products and features.
5. Develop and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.
6. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
7. Monitor production systems and applications to identify and resolve issues.
8. Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical problems.
9. Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
10. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
11. Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
12. Identify trends and insights to support business decision-making.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
6. Basic understanding of testing principles and techniques.
7. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
8. Able to commit to full-time internship from July to December 2025.
