1. Manage team schedules, meeting arrangements, and set-ups.
2. Compile reports and data from commercial, marketing, and finance functions.
3. Handle administrative tasks including payment requests and propose efficiency improvements.
4. Organize visitor schedules, coordinate agendas, and provide logistical support including interpretation.
5. Plan and execute counter manager and beauty consultant meetings and team events.
6. Assist sales activities to achieve targets and forecast business situations.
7. Facilitate communication between stores and internal functions.
8. Support new store openings and local trade actions in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
9. Manage vendor relationships ensuring service quality and visual standards.
10. Coordinate beauty consultant schedules and support recruitment and development processes.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer goods sales within a multinational environment.
2. University degree.
3. Background in retail, luxury goods, cosmetics, or hospitality preferred.

1. Fluent in Japanese.
2. Business-level proficiency in English.
3. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
6. Effective planning and time management skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a consumer goods sales role within a multinational environment is required.

University degree required.
