- Drive best practice recruitment for junior head office and retail roles in collaboration with the Maison.
- Actively engage in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and personal networks.
- Support the transition to a skills-based organization by implementing proactive skills-based recruitment strategies.
- Maintain robust relationships with stakeholders through regular, informative updates.
- Provide innovative recruitment solutions to ensure optimal candidate selection.
- Enhance internal mobility within the LVMH Beauty Division and the broader LVMH group.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
- Lead by example in adhering to DEIB guidelines.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with GDPR.
- Proactively source diverse talent across various backgrounds and departments.
- Adhere to employment law and data protection, utilizing the LVMH Interview Guide for structured interviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations with clear timelines and regular updates.
- Track and communicate recruitment costs monthly.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers with relevant details.
- Champion and support the DEIB strategy.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for LVMH Beauty, supporting Maison EVP projects and employee branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to strengthen and build partnerships.
- Support the wider HR team on various initiatives.
- Passion for the luxury industry
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
- Understanding of the retail industry, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury market
- Previous retail experience is desirable
- Commercial awareness
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle confidential material
- Genuine passion for HR and contributing to business success
- Comprehensive understanding of 360 recruitment practices and processes
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and follow through with tasks
- Creative thinking and ability to drive new ideas
- Anticipation and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Understanding and promotion of Brand DNA and EVP
- Influencing and confident communication at all levels
Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a focus on the luxury or retail industry.
