1. Drive process optimization in claims management, including performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new online tools.
2. Enhance communication and marketing strategies for new tools and support their rollout across APAC sites.
3. Provide training to internal and external teams within the APAC region.
4. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans with project committees to reduce claims.
5. Participate in evidence gathering and root cause analysis to ensure quality processes with logistics partners.
6. Conduct thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes.
7. Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies.
8. Develop tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking, reporting, and follow-up of KPIs and action plans.

1. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship.

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or WMS software is advantageous.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Robust project management and change management capabilities.
4. Orientation towards continuous improvement, open-mindedness, and teamwork.
5. Customer-focused and results-driven attitude.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
