LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Senior Government Relations Officer

- Serve as the primary liaison and expert for HRDF programs, overseeing the entire process from launch to employee enrollment and issue resolution.
- Manage and track HRDF-enrolled employees, ensuring accurate records to support Finance and Accounting teams.
- Oversee the Qiwa platform, ensuring timely updates and approvals, and resolving any platform-related issues with authorities.
- Facilitate employee interactions with government processes, including Absher, Muqeem, and GOSI, as well as handling labor disputes and visa processing.
- Manage government documents, including visas, permits, Iqamas, and licenses, ensuring timely renewals and approvals.
- Oversee the lifecycle of municipal licenses and Civil Defense requirements for all retail locations, maintaining compliance and preventing fines.
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, staying informed on Saudi regulations and addressing government-related tasks.
- Saudi national with 3-5 years of experience in government relations or public affairs within the retail sector.
- Strong network with Saudi government entities and proficiency in e-services such as Absher, Qiwa, and Muqeem.
- In-depth understanding of retail licensing, labor law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven expertise in HRDF programs and related applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations or public affairs, particularly within retail organizations.
