1. Participate in the development of sell-in strategies by supporting the commercial area and contributing to sales analysis and activations.
2. Provide support to the retail administration department.
3. Conduct sales, KPIs, market, and competitor analysis.
4. Offer administrative commercial support.
5. Supervise the field team and optimize commercial processes, objectives, and routes.
6. Ensure effective implementation of merchandising strategies at points of sale.
7. Coordinate with trade, training, and digital departments.
8. Contribute innovative ideas to drive sales success and activate new sales potentials.
9. Prepare and support seminars.
10. Assist in the development of new sales plans and reports.
11. Coordinate and prepare incentives.

1. Degree in Business Administration or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level); French is a plus.
3. Ability to sign an agreement with a university for a minimum of 9 months.

Previous experience in sales is valuable but not mandatory.
