1. Participate in sell-in development by supporting the commercial area and strategy through sales analysis and activations.
2. Provide support to the retail administration department.
3. Conduct analysis of sales, KPIs, market trends, and competitors.
4. Offer administrative commercial support.
5. Supervise the field team and optimize commercial processes, objectives, and routes.
6. Ensure proper development of the merchandising strategy at the point of sale.
7. Coordinate with trade, training, and digital departments.
8. Contribute innovative ideas to drive sales success and activate new sales potentials.
9. Prepare and support seminars.
10. Assist in the development of new sales plans and reports.
11. Coordinate and prepare incentives.

1. Degree in Business Administration or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level); French is advantageous.
3. Ability to sign an agreement with a university for a minimum of 9 months.

Previous experience in sales is valuable but not required.

Degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
