1. Manage general order processing, including handling counter regular orders, transfers, returns, and special orders such as staff sales and free goods.
2. Issue and send invoices, credit notes, and debit notes to customers for billing purposes.
3. Coordinate import and export shipments, managing customs declarations and liaising with overseas and local suppliers.
4. Reconcile monthly sales reports and prepare management reports, addressing outstanding invoices with Brands, Finance, and Customers.
5. Conduct yearly stock takes at Points of Sale, ensuring accurate system adjustments and validation with Brands.
6. Drive operational excellence by setting up new Brands, flows, and processes, and standardizing process enhancements for efficiency gains.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing and supply chain management, particularly in import and export arrangements.

1. Proficient in supply chain coordination, acting as a liaison between suppliers, planning teams, warehouses, and points of sale.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
3. Strategic mindset to align recommendations with business objectives and enhance efficiency.
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, both verbal and written.
5. Interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
6. Technical proficiency in ERP/Anaplan systems and MS Office applications.
7. Adaptability and stress management skills to work independently under pressure.

Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing and supply chain management, particularly in import and export arrangements.
