1. Conduct telephone screenings and in-person interviews to attract and acquire retail talent.
2. Lead group dynamics to assess candidate suitability.
3. Manage communications with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
4. Draft job offers and manage contracting documentation.
5. Support HR projects including onboarding, training, development, and employee engagement programs.

1. Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Possibility to sign an apprenticeship agreement with a university.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is advantageous.

Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous but not required.
