1. Conduct product data reviews for notification of general cosmetics in compliance with the Cosmetics Law, in collaboration with the HQ ORA team.
2. Review formulae, Certificate of Free Sale, and BSE-Free Certificate for general cosmetics.
3. Oversee the registration process for functional cosmetics.
4. Ensure compliance of Korean labels and advertisements with the Cosmetics Law and related regulations such as K-REACH and the Electric & Consumer Products Safety Control Act.
5. Manage registration of non-cosmetic products, including chemicals and consumer products, in accordance with relevant regulations.
6. Assist in quality issue follow-up, including reviewing certificates of analysis and investigating quality defects.
7. Communicate with relevant parties based on investigation results and confirm returned stock against data.
8. Monitor new and revised regulations, documenting updates under the supervision of the ORA manager.
9. Support the Operational RA Manager and RA & QA Director with assigned tasks.

1. More than 1 year of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field.
2. Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.

1. Proficient in the regulatory environment and relevant laws and regulations, particularly concerning medical devices.
2. Excellent writing and translation skills in English.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Proactive communication skills.
5. Strong systematic and analytical capabilities.
6. Understanding of regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
