1. Prepare, coordinate, and submit cosmetic notification and packaging data to local authorities in the Philippines.
2. Track submission progress and address queries from authorities proactively.
3. Provide timely updates, monthly reports, and KPI reports on submission status to local brands and the Regulatory Affairs Manager in Singapore.
4. Compile, organize, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation, including product registration and approvals.
5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date regulatory information in relevant databases and systems.
6. Maintain a current list of permitted and prohibited marketing claims in accordance with local regulations.
7. Ensure product labels comply with local labeling regulations and requirements.
8. Participate in local regulatory inspections, including preparation and follow-up activities.
9. Report any identified regulatory risks or instances of non-compliance immediately.
10. Monitor new regulations and guidelines relevant to the company's products.
11. Provide timely updates and summaries of regulatory changes to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and relevant stakeholders.
12. Assess the potential impact of new regulations on the company's products and operations.

1. Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, or Chemical professional in the Philippines.
2. 3+ years of relevant working experience in regulatory affairs preferred.

1. Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
3. Meticulous with a high level of accuracy.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs.

Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, or Chemical professional.
