LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Executive

- Prepare, coordinate, and submit cosmetic notification and packaging data to local authorities in the Philippines.
- Track submission progress and address queries from authorities proactively.
- Provide timely updates, monthly reports, and KPI reports on submission status to local brands and the Regulatory Affairs Manager in Singapore.
- Compile, organize, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation, including product registration and approvals.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date regulatory information in relevant databases and systems.
- Maintain a current list of permitted and prohibited marketing claims in accordance with local regulations.
- Ensure product labels comply with local labeling regulations and requirements.
- Participate in local regulatory inspections, including preparation and follow-up activities.
- Report any identified regulatory risks or instances of non-compliance immediately.
- Monitor new regulations and guidelines relevant to the company's products.
- Provide timely updates and summaries of regulatory changes to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Assess the potential impact of new regulations on the company's products and operations.
- Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, or Chemical professional in the Philippines.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in regulatory affairs preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs.
Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, or Chemical professional.
