1. Prepare, coordinate, and submit regulatory dossiers and applications to Indonesian regulatory authorities, such as BPOM.
2. Track submission progress and address queries or requests from authorities proactively.
3. Provide timely updates, monthly reports, and KPI reports on submission status to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
4. Compile, organize, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation, including product registration and approvals.
5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date regulatory information is kept in relevant databases and systems.
6. Maintain a current and accurate list of permitted and prohibited marketing claims in accordance with local regulations.
7. Ensure product labels comply with Indonesian labeling regulations and requirements.
8. Assist the Regulatory Affairs Manager during local regulatory inspections, including preparation and follow-up activities.
9. Monitor new Indonesian regulations and guidelines relevant to the company's products.
10. Provide timely updates and summaries of regulatory changes to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and relevant stakeholders.
11. Assess the potential impact of new regulations on the company's products and operations.

1. Diploma or degree with a science background.
2. 2-3 years of working experience in regulatory areas.

1. Proficiency in time management.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong team collaboration skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related fields.

Diploma or degree in a science-related field.
