1. Perform administrative tasks to support the purchasing team.
2. Manage supplier panels and maintain relationships.
3. Initiate social audits and monitor corrective action plans.
4. Assist in purchasing projects, including biddings, negotiations, and awarding projects under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
5. Participate in contract settlements and negotiations under supervision.
6. Engage in strategic projects such as regional biddings, sourcing, and value analysis studies.

1. Bachelor's degree level education.
2. Commitment to a 6-month internship from July 25 to December 25.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Autonomy and initiative.
4. Business orientation.
5. Negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Commercial awareness (advantageous).
8. Knowledge in purchasing (advantageous).
9. Experience in the perfumes and cosmetics industry (advantageous).
10. Analytical skills (advantageous).

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the purchasing field.

Bachelor's degree level education.
