- Assume comprehensive product management responsibilities.
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches through strategic initiatives.
- Prepare marketing platforms, including 'Kikakusho,' with detailed product concepts, launch strategies, and advertising and promotion materials for each project.
- Monitor strategic product portfolios and create annual marketing calendars for effective program implementation across relevant departments.
- Develop national and local promotion programs to enhance counter activities.
- Provide detailed product information to relevant departments and sales personnel to ensure a clear understanding of concepts and sales strategies.
- Analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Propose new product development initiatives based on market trend research to Central Marketing.
- Manage tester and dummy allocations and decide on counter displays in collaboration with Visual Merchandising (VMD).
- Lead the preparation of product collateral materials such as consumer leaflets and handouts.
- Proofread and conduct color checks for IA, ET, Sales AD, DM, and SNS materials.
- Administer Item Master data management.
- Coordinate logistics by liaising with Supply Planning and Central Marketing.
- Propose and control expenses and budgets for new product launches and promotions.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the manager.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
