1. Develop expertise in innovative process technologies and leverage their potential.
2. Define and execute experimental plans, including process parameters, repeatability, and formulations.
3. Conduct and evaluate trials to assess process efficacy.
4. Analyze, interpret, and organize experimental results.
5. Maintain an up-to-date trial tracking table and formalize trial reports detailing steps and outcomes.
6. Optimize process parameters for enhanced performance.
7. Facilitate regular technical reporting sessions.
8. Stay informed on the latest advancements and literature in the field.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Engineering degree in Process Engineering (Bac+5 level).
2. Interest in innovative research projects.
3. Organized, versatile, and meticulous with a critical mindset.
4. Passion for the cosmetics and luxury industry.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Ability to conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master's or Engineering program in Process Engineering.
