1. Lead the development of a 12-15 month rolling forecast, ensuring alignment with business strategies and market trends.
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and deliver consensus forecasts for basic and novelty products.
3. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales forecasts in both volume and value, aligning them with the business plan.
4. Conduct monthly forecast meetings with executives and Business Group Managers to drive communication on planning topics.
5. Enhance team capabilities through training and development, troubleshooting processes, and coordinating tasks with other departments.
6. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage master data control to prevent errors.
7. Report on Profit & Loss impacts related to product destruction and provision.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate supply risks and meet business needs.
9. Lead actions to achieve key performance indicators such as presence ratio and stock coverage.

1. University degree, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally within international firms.
3. Strong knowledge of marketing or supply chain processes.
4. Interest in the cosmetics industry.

4. Proactive and confident in delivering results with speed and accuracy.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within international firms, with a strong understanding of marketing or supply chain processes.

University degree, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
