Payroll Specialist

1. Execute all payroll processes accurately and timely
2. Manage workflow for payroll transactions
3. Reconcile payroll and validate reports
4. Understand taxation of employer-paid benefits
5. Process garnishment calculations and compliance
6. Manage attendance and data entry
7. Process incentive and bonus payments
8. Handle payments for temporary staff and retirement allowances
9. Conduct year-end tax adjustments
10. Manage paid holidays records
11. Administer social insurance applications and documentation
12. Oversee pension programs and group life insurance
13. Administer inhabitant and income tax
14. Prepare reports for Finance & Accounting department
15. Manage benefits such as medical checks and insurance
16. Prepare headcount reports
17. Respond to audit inspections
18. Collaborate with external service companies and internal stakeholders

1. University degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration
3. Business-level English proficiency

1. Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2. Function and technical skills for payroll in Japan
3. Strong work ethic and team player

5. Ability to handle confidential material sensitively

Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
