1. Conduct capacity planning reviews based on brand forecasts and operational analysis.
2. Establish the annual outbound order schedule for retail counters and plan special workdays.
3. Adjust labor and work schedule plans based on weekly forecast-to-trend variances.
4. Set productivity targets for outbound activities such as picking, packing, and shipping.
5. Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions as necessary.
6. Generate monthly KPI and productivity reports.
7. Review and enhance warehouse operations processes.
8. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for logistics operations.
9. Ensure SOPs are current and reflect any process or system updates.
10. Distribute new or revised SOPs to relevant teams.
11. Propose new system functions aligned with logistics process requirements.
12. Coordinate end-to-end testing support for new Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions or upgrades.
13. Train warehouse team members on new WMS functions upon deployment.
14. Troubleshoot WMS issues.
15. Optimize PIC rack locations to improve operational flow and space efficiency.
16. Participate in logistics-related projects and communicate with the regional team in Singapore.
17. Monitor engraving productivity and machine maintenance status.
18. Set up logistics procedures based on customer-specific requirements.
19. Conduct on-site warehouse team training to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
20. Manage warehouse cost-related tasks, including creating purchase orders and processing monthly expense closings.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

1. Proficiency in logistics WMS and ERP systems.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, PBI).
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in logistics or warehouse operations is required.
