1. Implement the occupational health and safety policy and governance arrangements of LVMH Beauty Iberia.
2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards and provide expert safety advice.
3. Develop and implement preventive measures to mitigate identified risks.
4. Ensure employees are informed of relevant safety regulations and provide necessary training.
5. Stay abreast of new legislation and formulate safety policies and procedures accordingly.
6. Conduct regular workplace inspections to supervise compliance with safety and health regulations.
7. Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to ascertain causes and prevent recurrence.
8. Offer technical advice to management and employees on best practices in safety and health.

1. Bachelor’s degree in law, labor relations, or a related field.
2. Master’s degree in health & safety risk management with specializations in Industrial Security and Ergonomics & Applied Psychology.

2. High flexibility with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Office 365, particularly advanced Excel.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.

Bachelor’s degree in law, labor relations, or similar; Master’s degree in health & safety risk management.
