- Support the Media Data & Research Manager in constructing and producing analyses for all markets and brands within the division.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of a budget management and consolidation tool (DBT platform) with the identified service provider.
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
- Assist in creating presentations, including media activity tracking by support, brand-specific focus by region/category/franchise, and investment seasonality.
- Develop a digital performance benchmark by channel (social, display, search, or video), platform, campaign objective, or format to challenge platform effectiveness and inform brand media strategies.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the new digital dashboarding tool in collaboration with the IT Beauty Tech department and the brands.
- Manage the Mexplorer tool for monitoring competitors' multimedia investments, ensuring updates and data categorization verification.
- Produce quarterly analyses of media pressure (SOV) of the brands compared to competitors by market and category for the division's executive committee and brands.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics, or Digital Media.
- Previous experience in a Media Agency or proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactive, organized, and meticulous with teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and comfortable using information systems (DataViz tools & databases).
- Fluent in English.
