1. Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for MAKE UP FOR EVER in Japan.
2. Oversee a team of specialists in Product Marketing, PR & Communications, and Visual Merchandising.
3. Ensure alignment with global brand strategy while adapting to local market needs.
4. Drive brand awareness, market share growth, and achieve sales targets in Japan.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the cosmetics or luxury goods industry.
3. Experience managing a team is essential.
4. Fluent in Japanese and Business English.
