- Enhance business understanding through the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market sales data.
- Support the team in consolidating panelist sell-out data and preparing regular reports, contributing to strategic recommendations for brand and market-level decisions.
- Develop market projections for perfumes and cosmetics in key countries using available sell-out and macroeconomic data, in collaboration with local contacts.
- Implement and improve databases and PowerBI tools, coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage data quality and governance, ensuring data integrity for internal clients including marketing, finance, and research.
- Foster a data-driven culture by training and supporting teams in utilizing analytical tools.
- Conduct ad hoc research to support brand, segment, and business initiatives, including market studies, benchmarking, and growth forecasts.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in related fields such as business analysis, strategy, consulting, or business development.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Structured, organized, meticulous, and open-minded.
- Passion for the cosmetics and luxury industries, with experience in the sector being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like PowerBI, with an understanding of data structures. Knowledge of VBA, R, and/or SQL is a plus.
