LVMH Manager, Financial & Sales Planning

- Oversee the complete sales reporting and analysis process, delivering comprehensive reports for the US and Canada markets.
- Interpret and present sales performance data, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
- Act as the primary business partner for the Sales team, guiding performance monitoring and target setting.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of sales forecasts in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Conduct ad-hoc sales analyses to support business needs.
- Manage the monthly financial closing process and deliver financial analysis to headquarters.
- Track and manage operational expenses, contributing to cost control initiatives.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
- Drive process improvements and automation in reporting and planning processes.
- Utilize tools like Power BI to enhance data workflows and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine business processes and recommend best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing key reporting processes and delivering insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data management skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, or AX is advantageous.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum of 7 years in a similar position, with a proven track record in financial and sales planning.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Salary range of $115,000.00 - $125,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
