1. Drive sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury service.
2. Be an expert on fragrance to inspire and gain new clients.
3. Provide advice and guidance to other Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
4. Proactively sell products and provide luxury service.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets and be aware of KPIs.
6. Demonstrate product knowledge and propose products to clients.
7. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them.
8. Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs.
9. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
10. Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
11. Participate in merchandise management and monitor stock levels.
12. Conduct operational and administrative tasks.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
14. Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
