1. Act as the brand guardian to ensure flawless execution for each new launch or counter update.
2. Support the Retail Design and VM Manager in implementing the Store Design strategy to align with global brand strategies and achieve commercial returns.
3. Evaluate design elements with local agencies to support new launches and drive profitable growth in the UK market.
4. Continuously review Store Design practices to foster innovation and enhance consumer interest and profitability.
5. Collaborate with external Retail Design partners to deliver high-level executions.
6. Assist in delivering new counter projects and key pop-up sites for both brands.
7. Provide support for counter installations and maintenance, ensuring swift and efficient resolutions.
8. Work closely with sales teams and regional account managers to ensure designs meet retailer, location, and customer requirements.
9. Manage purchase orders related to ongoing projects, maintaining budget adherence and timely payments.
10. Oversee the creation of supporting documents for new counters to communicate with retail and HQ teams.
11. Manage and execute large-scale pop-ups and temporary animations in line with global brand strategies.
12. Support the Visual Merchandising Executive with forecasting and inbounding of global VM tools.
13. Collaborate with external VM partners to ensure consistent high-level executions.

1. Fluency in English
2. 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design
3. Inherent interest in the luxury industry and beauty sector
4. Desire to build a career in Retail Design and Visual Merchandising

7. Understanding of customer experience in department stores
8. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel
9. Experience with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit
10. Strong technical drawing knowledge
11. Basic knowledge of electrical and health and safety standards

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design.
