- Act as the brand guardian to ensure flawless execution for each new launch or counter update.
- Support the Retail Design and VM Manager in implementing the Store Design strategy to align with global brand strategies and achieve commercial returns.
- Evaluate design elements with local agencies to support new launches and drive profitable growth in the UK market.
- Continuously review Store Design practices to foster innovation and enhance consumer interest and profitability.
- Collaborate with external Retail Design partners to deliver high-level executions.
- Assist in delivering new counter projects and key pop-up sites for both brands.
- Provide support for counter installations and maintenance, ensuring swift and efficient resolutions.
- Work closely with sales teams and regional account managers to ensure designs meet retailer, location, and customer requirements.
- Manage purchase orders related to ongoing projects, maintaining budget adherence and timely payments.
- Oversee the creation of supporting documents for new counters to communicate with retail and HQ teams.
- Manage and execute large-scale pop-ups and temporary animations in line with global brand strategies.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Executive with forecasting and inbounding of global VM tools.
- Collaborate with external VM partners to ensure consistent high-level executions.
- Fluency in English
- 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design
- Inherent interest in the luxury industry and beauty sector
- Desire to build a career in Retail Design and Visual Merchandising
- Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Understanding of customer experience in department stores
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel
- Experience with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Strong technical drawing knowledge
- Basic knowledge of electrical and health and safety standards
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design.
