1. Conduct variance analysis for revenue, margins, and operating/marketing costs.
2. Analyze activity profitability by customer and product line.
3. Monitor departmental running expenses.
4. Participate in monthly closings and budgeting processes with the Accounting team.
5. Prepare full financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
6. Prepare monthly management reports.
7. Support the Marketing team with Advertising & Promotions cost follow-up.
8. Evaluate financial aspects of investment projects (capex).
9. Perform various ad-hoc analyses.
10. Provide coaching and mentorship to the FP&A intern.

1. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling.
2. Strong foundation in financial accounting.
3. Experience in auditing is valued.
4. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

1. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Understanding of accounting policies and IFRS.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Experience with SAP and integrated operating systems.
6. Creative and investigative problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to manage workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years in business controlling, preferably within a complex, product-focused, and international environment.
