1. Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
2. Preferably initial practical experience in IT or project management through internships or working student positions.

1. Strong IT skills and an affinity for new technologies.
2. Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Excellent soft skills, including teamwork, communication, and a proactive work approach.
