IT Assistant Intern

- Configure hardware and software for company laptops, focusing on Office 365 and collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom, as well as printers, VoIP/Teams phones, and mobile devices.
- Provide second-level support for hardware and software issues related to company devices.
- Monitor and configure Microsoft and Apple client systems, including Windows and iOS.
- Assist in managing daily IT operations to ensure the proper functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Support IT requests through dedicated ticketing systems.
- Participate in projects aimed at implementing and improving IT infrastructure, with a focus on security and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical diploma in an IT-related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in key operating systems such as Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS.
- Familiarity with hardware/software configuration tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Domain is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Understanding of networking topics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Digital mindset with a keen interest in the IT sector, particularly in structured corporate environments.
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their IT career.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical diploma in an IT-related field.
