1. Coordinate and execute the annual LVMH Internal Control self-assessment campaign, reviewing supporting documents, challenging declarations, and conducting substantive tests to validate process owners' self-assessments.
2. Identify control gaps and formulate practical solutions and recommendations, working with process owners to design and implement effective action plans.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, participate in drafting and implementing standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with LVMH policies and local laws.
4. Conduct risk analysis and testing, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and drafting internal control newsletters.
5. Lead internal control projects such as Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management, monitoring progress and preparing status reports for management.
6. Partner with stakeholders to review and improve business process SOPs, ensuring alignment with LVMH Internal Control standards and acting as an independent reviewer to ensure key controls' effectiveness.

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial or business roles focusing on internal control and process improvement.
2. Experience with Enterprise Risk Management is advantageous.
3. Prior experience in a shared service center within a matrix organization is a plus.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. System-oriented with knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and POS systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles.
