1. Support the recruitment process for the Crafters of the Future program, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and coordination with managers and universities.
2. Create communication materials for talent initiatives, such as flyers, presentations, and announcements.
3. Manage administrative tasks including acceptance letters, database maintenance, scheduling, and intern documentation.
4. Assist in organizing development and engagement events, such as onboarding sessions, conferences, and leadership workshops.
5. Participate in strategic HR initiatives and organizational culture projects.

1. Students from the 6th semester onwards in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields with an interest in recruitment.
2. Students in Graphic Design or Communication with an interest in talent processes and internal communication.
3. Interest in developing a career in Human Resources within the luxury and beauty sector.
4. Creativity, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
5. Previous experience in internships, social service, or related projects is desirable.
6. Intermediate level of English.
