LVMH Human Resources Trainee

- Support the recruitment process for the Crafters of the Future program, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and coordination with managers and universities.
- Create communication materials for talent initiatives, such as flyers, presentations, and announcements.
- Manage administrative tasks including acceptance letters, database maintenance, scheduling, and intern documentation.
- Assist in organizing development and engagement events, such as onboarding sessions, conferences, and leadership workshops.
