1. Assist in various HR administrative processes within the Human Resources department.
2. Support the creation of employment contracts and reference letters.
3. Regularly maintain personnel files and HR systems to ensure accuracy of information.
4. Aid in the standardization and optimization of cross-functional HR processes in collaboration with HR functions such as HR Controlling, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
5. Opportunity to manage individual projects and initiatives.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
2. Initial practical experience in HR through internships is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs, including PowerPoint.
2. Fluent German and strong English language skills.
3. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
4. Professional handling of sensitive data.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial practical experience in HR through internships.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
