- Provide general support to the VP Talent & Culture, including coordinating interviews and participating in team meetings.
- Assist the Talent Development team with training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support key group initiatives such as culture change, career development, and engagement surveys.
- Plan and organize division-wide events.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of the talent database, conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present findings to senior management.
- Create engaging presentations on talent development topics to influence key stakeholders.
- Manage the Talent Management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee the intern recruitment process for the Beauty Division team.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in HR or talent development through internships or projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
