1. Provide general support to the VP Talent & Culture, including coordinating interviews and participating in team meetings.
2. Assist the Talent Development team with training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Support key group initiatives such as culture change, career development, and engagement surveys.
4. Plan and organize division-wide events.
5. Manage and ensure the accuracy of the talent database, conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Prepare reports and dashboards to present findings to senior management.
7. Create engaging presentations on talent development topics to influence key stakeholders.
8. Manage the Talent Management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
9. Oversee the intern recruitment process for the Beauty Division team.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in HR or talent development through internships or projects is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
