1. Assist in the recruitment process for all brands, including CV screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and organizing recruitment activities independently.
2. Continuously optimize applicant management to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
3. Manage the recruitment of all interns and working students in direct collaboration with hiring managers, followed by their supervision and the ongoing enhancement of the internship program.
4. Support HR marketing and employer branding initiatives.
5. Perform administrative HR tasks and contribute to HR projects.

1. Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
2. Initial practical experience through internships.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Fluency in German and strong command of English.
3. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
4. Excellent organizational skills and enjoyment of multitasking.
