1. Assist in recruitment processes for all brands, including CV screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and organizing recruitment activities independently.
2. Continuously optimize applicant management to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
3. Independently recruit all interns and working students in direct collaboration with hiring managers, followed by their management and continuous program optimization.
4. Support HR marketing and employer branding initiatives.
5. Perform administrative HR tasks and assist in HR projects.

1. Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
2. Initial practical experience through internships.

1. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
2. Fluency in German and strong command of English.
3. Independent and structured work approach with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
4. Excellent organizational talent and enjoyment of multitasking.

Entry-level experience, ideally through internships.

Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
