- Assist in recruitment processes for all brands, including CV screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and organizing recruitment activities independently.
- Continuously optimize applicant management to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Independently recruit all interns and working students in direct collaboration with hiring managers, followed by their management and continuous program optimization.
- Support HR marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Perform administrative HR tasks and assist in HR projects.
- Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- Initial practical experience through internships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German and strong command of English.
- Independent and structured work approach with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational talent and enjoyment of multitasking.
Entry-level experience, ideally through internships.
Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
