1. Assist the Talent Manager with various tasks and projects.
2. Learn about different talent management strategies by observing and participating in planning meetings.
3. Aid in creating materials or events that promote company culture and values.
4. Provide support with recruitment processes by helping to organize interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials.
5. Shadow HR professionals during interviews to learn best practices.
6. Observe HR guidance provided to managers and learn how to challenge proposals constructively.
7. Observe Employee Relations Managers handling issues and learn through their approach.
8. Participate in employee relations meetings as a note-taker or coordinator under guidance.

1. Degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish (C1); French is a plus.

3. Good communication skills.
4. Dynamic and quick learner.
5. Proficient in MS Office and advanced in Excel.

Previous experience in an HR department is a plus, though not mandatory.

Degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
