1. Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting interns, including candidate screening, shortlisting, and conducting telephone interviews as needed.
2. Organize and manage logistics for intern assessment centers.
3. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documents.
4. Conduct right-to-work checks and support the onboarding process, including first-day induction and updating HR systems.
5. Handle ad hoc data and reference requests, and prepare change of detail letters for salary increases and promotions.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and gain understanding of lower-level Employee Relations cases and family-friendly policies.
7. Research external training courses and platforms, and communicate internal LVMH training opportunities.
8. Organize committee meetings, focus groups, and events in line with the DEI strategy.
9. Coordinate internal events, manage RSVPs, logistics, and liaise with external providers.
10. Assist in creating multimedia content for internal communication channels, including newsletters and social media.
11. Collaborate with various departments to gather and curate content.
12. Support the wider HR team on project-related work and centers of excellence.

2. Proactive and adaptable
3. Excellent presentation skills
4. Creative with basic skills in video editing and graphic design tools such as Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar
5. Ability to create visually appealing content and graphics
6. Confident communicator, both verbal and written

Beginner level experience in HR or related field.
