1. Control and analyze HR-related data including costs, headcount, and FTEs, ensuring thorough follow-up and analysis of deviations.
2. Update and maintain the HR dashboard, monitoring HR statistics and KPIs by brand, and consolidating LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics figures.
3. Update and follow up on HR Group reporting data, strictly adhering to monthly and annual deadlines.
4. Prepare reports and analyses for the HR department, including evolution, deviations, and scenario generation to assist in decision-making.
5. Participate in the budget process, updating changes and conducting necessary analyses in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Controlling Team.
6. Collaborate in the annual salary review process by checking and updating salary information and preparing reports for the review.
7. Support the implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies, including offer comparisons, proposal forecasts, and expenditure analysis.
8. Manage invoices from Compensation & Benefits suppliers.
9. Prepare monthly exception reports for payroll payment.
10. Complete internal salary or public surveys.

1. Degree in Business Administration; specialization in HR Analytics is highly appreciated.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level); French is a plus.

5. Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel, and knowledge of Visual Basic or Power BI.

Previous experience in Controlling is valuable but not required.

Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Salary range of 800€ net per month.
